Tourist & Eco Farm Pri Baronu

Nestled in an idyllic location, where the slopes of Framsko Pohorje gently descend into the plains, surrounded by the quiet and serenity of nearby forests and meadows, the Eco Idila – Baron’s Homestead has stood for over 200 years. In 1991, they began offering tourism services on the farm, and in 1999, they shifted to environmentally friendly farming practices, earning a certification for organic farming.

The farm spans 18 hectares, with 8 hectares dedicated to fields, meadows, an orchard, herb and vegetable gardens, ensuring the farm is self-sufficient. They warmly open their doors to visitors who wish to learn how to manage a farm in harmony with nature, without harming the environment. They organize various workshops and programs, and on weekends, they prepare homemade meals.
