Grahor fruit farming

Already during her studies in 1980, Lucija Grahor planted the first trees on the family farm, and later grew seedlings for the first orchard. Year by year, more fruit grew on the farm, and cows were replaced in the barn by apple crates, barrels for juice and cider, and a distillery kettle for brandy.

Their orchards are located along the now-famous Apple Trail, a fruit-growing educational path for cyclists and hikers, approximately 4.5 km long. They offer fruit products in a small shop at their home.
