As part of the cultural celebration, we want to emphasize that technology is not just technology – it is much more. Our knowledge and research work in technical fields can also intertwine with other dimensions, such as art and culture. Through poetry, we want to show that technical science is connected with human creativity, imagination, and emotions, enriching both individuals and society. The event will be hosted by Prof. Dr. Dragica Haramija, a well-known figure in the field of literature and culture. The poetry reading will feature representatives and students from the faculties of the University of Maribor: FERI – Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, FGPA – Faculty of Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, and Architecture, FKKT – Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, FS – Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, and PEF – Faculty of Education.
