On the occasion of the International Day of Tourist Guides, you are cordially invited to take a free tour of Rače Castle and the Gril's Ethnological Collection, and to learn about interesting stories from the past.

On the occasion of the International Day of Tourist Guides, we invite you to take a free guided tour of Rače Castle and the Gril's ethnological collection, and to learn about interesting stories from the past, which children will also be interested to hear. Rače Castle is one of the few examples of a plain or water castle that also houses the Gril's Ethnological Collection, the largest private ethnological collection in Slovenia's north-eastern part, which is worth a visit with its 4500 exhibits.

Through the story, we learn about the creation and setting of the first Slovenian historical novel, the original setting of which is Rače Castle. The ethnological collection with numerous exhibits from Slovenia and abroad is a treasure trove of knowledge and information about life in the past.

WHEN? On Sunday, 23 February 2025, at 10.00 and 16.00 (tour duration 1.5 to 2 h)

Welcome!
