Festival Lent 2025: Yīn Yīn at the LGM Auditorium

On Your Feet and in a Trance

Although they hail from Maastricht in the Netherlands, their music comes from a fictional Caribbean island in the middle of the Gulf of Thailand. Since the release of their album The Rabbit that Hunts Tigers in 2019, they have become one of the most popular European bands, performing at major festivals like Pinkpop. Their new album Mount Matsu has only strengthened their position.

Their unique sound blends soul, 80s disco, reggae, African and South American rhythms, surf guitar, 60s analog synthesizers, Southeast Asian psychedelia, and funk — all in a style reminiscent of Khruangbin. Their music, which never resorts to clichés, takes you on a dreamy journey where a Thai beach meets a hippie rave. Get ready for an unforgettable finale to Festival Lent 2025!
