This band from Kranj and Tržič has been steadily making their way onto the Slovenian music scene in recent years. Their early sound was rooted in funk, ska, and punk, but more recently they’ve been moving away from strict genre definitions altogether. They say the most important thing at their concerts is for the audience to “dance their asses off and sweat,” which they achieve with high-energy tracks full of humor wrapped in multiple layers of irony. Smetnaki are a truly live-focused band — to really get what they’re about, you’ve got to see them on stage!

Tina Marinšek has journeyed to her debut album — and her first solo gigs. Her album Potovalka saw the light of day last November, and now she’s on the road.

During her quiet in-between period, Tina became a true songwriter. Her first solo album is entirely her own — she even dared to take on the role of producer. Above all, it’s honest. With a small team of collaborators, she captured all the “crap” and beauty that accompanied her in recent years.
Anyone who’s ever seen Tina on a big stage knows she’s a true force of nature & rock’n’roll. The songs from her debut are far from instant hits — they’re subtle and beautiful. They calm. They pause. They inspire.
