We invite you to a post-Easter wine and culinary evening in the embrace of the World's Oldest Grapevine, where all your senses will awaken with the exquisite wines of Ducal Winery and creative plates prepared by VSGT Maribor.
The evening will be hosted by sommelier Jernej Lubej, who will guide you through a harmony of flavors and unveil the hidden stories behind the aromas in selected wines matured in concrete eggs. This modern aging method allows the wine to naturally interact with small amounts of oxygen, preserving the purity of varietal aromas while developing complexity and roundness. Thanks to the egg-shaped vessel, the wine is in constant gentle motion, resulting in added elegance and depth.
From the crispy Carniolan sausage in pastry to silky wild garlic risotto and a seductive sweet finale, the Easter After at the World's Oldest Grapevine will excite your taste buds with five carefully composed courses.
