Darkness intensifies all of our senses, and spending time outside in a naturally dark environment generates a feeling of peace and connection to your senses that can't be experienced during the day. Star bathing invites you to explore each of your senses in a safe, dark environment with expansive views of the Pohorje mountain range.
This experience includes a short walk up to a site on Pekrska gorca after sunset. On this hill, you will mindfully connect with each sense through special exercises as the night gets darker. Under the starry sky, you will be guided through breathing exercises and special immersions into each sense to experience them in a heightened way. The night culminates in a short tea ceremony with some stargazing, after which we will take a gentle walk downhill through a paved path.
The experience takes place on weekdays and Saturday evenings. The experience is conducted in English.
The approximate starting time of the experience is 8pm, but will vary between 6pm and 9pm depending on the time of sunset.
