The traditional production of wine on a farm ranging over 15 hectares, 5 of which are dedicated to grapes, has been complemented by a range of products from grape seeds, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

It’s a new chapter of the story, completing another arc in the circular economy and ensuring there is no waste when processing grapes. Grape seeds, grapeseed oil, and grapeseed flour have all earned an innovative, environmentally friendly, and extremely healthy place in their regular range of products. 

Other products joined it, including 100% homemade and cold-pressed pumpkin and sunflower oil, as well as 100% pumpkin seed flour and pumpkin seeds in chocolate, etc.

Traditional wine tasting

Includes:

• 6 samples of fresh wines + local delicacies in the form of a cold platter (50 g)
• Tour of a wine cellar (can also include a tour of an oil mill, and presentations on best practices in circular economy in viticulture)
• Homemade cold platter (meat from a traditional "tunka," dry and semi-dry salami, pork spread, lard spread)
• 6 wine samples (choice between: Pinot Gris, Welschriesling, Sauvignon, Traminer, Kerner, Yellow Muscat, Pinot Noir)

• Description of the circular economy in viticulture (from grapes to wine, seeds to oil, and flour)
• Presentation of the press and the process of cold-pressing oil
• Tour of the oil mill
• Overview and demonstration of the grape seed production process
• Tasting of cold-pressed oils: grape seed oil, pumpkin seed oil, sunflower oil, and rapeseed oil

Grape seeds:

• Tasting of cold-pressed oil
• Tasting of baked goods with added grape seed flour (cookies, flatbread, pastry, pancakes, or bread)
• Grape seeds (added to yogurt or fruit smoothies)

Pumpkin seeds:

• Tasting of cold-pressed pumpkin seed oil
• Pumpkin seeds coated in chocolate (dark chocolate or white with raspberry)
• Pumpkin seeds (raw/roasted seeds)
• Tasting of baked goods with added pumpkin flour (cookies, sponge cake, pastry, pancakes, or bread)
