Aroma-tasting sensory experience

In the fragrance garden at Vida's, herbs typical for our region are carefully cultivated in the traditional way. They grow in a beautiful panoramic position, in perfect peace and clean nature, yet within easy reach of the city of Maribor. The herbs are distilled in the traditional way and used to extract boutique essential oils and hydrolates.

The AROMA TASTING experience consists of two parts:

1. a guided walk through the winding paths of the Fragrance Garden at Vida's with a presentation of the herbs and the scents of their essential oils.
2. AROMA-TESTING experience in a wooden pavilion in the Fragrance Garden:

• samples of 30 different essential oils and hydrolates are prepared in the pavilion,
• we guide you through the experience of smelling and experiencing the effects of the different scents,
• we teach you the correct sniffing technique,
• you playfully try your skills at identifying different scents,
• you can "eat" some of the aromas at the end.

If you wish, you also have the option of purchasing boutique essential oils and hydrolates from the Fragrance Garden.
