A special experience for people of all ages
Valdek Estate offers a unique experience for young and slightly less young nature and animal lovers. The estate is home to around 50 friendly and curious animals: Icelandic horses, a large herd of mini donkeys, llamas, alpacas, goats, a pig, a sociable cat, a friendly rooster named Karli, and his hen named Štefka. Each has its own name and character, and all of them are accustomed to human company and enjoy visits, as they love attention, petting, and grooming.
Walking among them is a special experience because you don't see them through a fence, but rather get to know them up close in their enclosure.
A guided tour of Valdek Estate is available by prior arrangement and appointment. It lasts 60-90 minutes, during which you walk around the entire estate, meet all the animals and hear their stories. There is plenty of time to pet the friendly donkey snouts and long ears.
For groups of up to 5 people, the tour costs 50 euros, and for larger groups, it costs 7 euros for children and 10 euros for adults.
For a longer tour (120 minutes), which includes taking the donkeys for a walk in addition to the aforementioned activities, the price is 70 euros for a group of up to 5, or 10 euros for children and 15 euros for adults.
