GREEN PRACTICES
We offer visitors, both children and adults, an insight into sustainable farming and eco-friendly cuisine. Our menu is based on seasonal ingredients, including indigenous and wild plants, and features vegetarian, vegan, and even historical dishes under the Heriterra brand. Most of the ingredients come from our own organic production and processing.
We also provide unique eco experiences for children and adults, where they can learn about sustainable farming through hands-on interaction with nature.
All our organic products carry the highest "Organic Farming" certification, emphasizing harmony with nature. Our farm also features a small eco shop, where you can buy our organic products as well as those from other eco-friendly producers.
